This summer at Montclair at Partridge Creek was filled with sunshine, laughter, music, and unforgettable moments shared together as a community. From the very first poolside gathering to our end-of-summer celebration, residents truly embraced the season and all the special events that made it memorable.
We officially kicked off summer with our exciting Pool Opening Party, where residents gathered poolside to enjoy delicious BBQ favorites, refreshing drinks, and great company under the sun. A special thank you goes out to Brown Iron Brewhouse for helping make the event even more enjoyable with incredible local brews that perfectly paired with a beautiful summer afternoon. With music playing, the sparkling pool open once again, and neighbors reconnecting after winter, it was the perfect start to the season.
One of the most unique evenings of the summer was our in-house wine tasting experience. For one night, the Montclair staff transformed into sommeliers, guiding residents through an interactive and entertaining tasting event right here in the community. The lanai was filled with conversation, laughter, and the relaxing sounds of live acoustic music as everyone enjoyed the atmosphere together.
Adding to the magic of the evening was live entertainment from UC3, whose acoustic performance kept the energy going all night long. Their mix of crowd favorites and laid-back summer hits created the perfect soundtrack for a warm evening outdoors. Residents loved gathering in the lanai, enjoying the music, sipping wine, and simply spending time together with friends and neighbors.
This summer also brought plenty of heat, making our sparkling resort-style pool one of the most loved spots in the community. Whether residents were relaxing poolside, cooling off with an afternoon swim, or enjoying evening conversations in the courtyard, the pool became the center of summer life at Montclair.
To wrap up an incredible season, our maintenance team hosted a fun end-of-summer cookout for residents. The grill was going, everyone was laughing, and it was another reminder of what makes Montclair such a special place to live — the people. Events like these continue to bring neighbors together and create the sense of community that residents cherish year after year.
