A Season of Growth, Celebration & Community at Montclair
As spring arrived at Montclair at Partridge Creek, so did a season filled with celebration, connection, and exciting growth throughout our community.
We kicked off the season with one of our most anticipated resident events — our festive St. Patrick’s Day celebration. The community came alive with music, laughter, face painting, delicious corned beef, and incredible giveaways that kept the energy going all evening long. Thanks to the generosity of our amazing vendor partners and trades, residents enjoyed door prizes, raffle opportunities, and giveaway baskets packed with exciting surprises. Truly, everyone was a winner.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all of the trades and vendors who continuously support our residents and help make Montclair such a special place to live. Your partnership and generosity never go unnoticed.
As warmer weather followed, our annual Pizza Party officially kicked off lanai season — a favorite tradition that brings neighbors together to enjoy great food, sunshine, and community spirit outdoors once again. Soon after came our lively Cinco de Mayo celebration, filled with colorful décor, flavorful favorites, festive music, and of course, our residents’ favorite margarita machine.
But this spring was about more than just events.
Not only is our community growing in size, but it is also growing in heart.
One of the most meaningful moments of the season was the official ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the continued growth and success of the Montclair community. We were honored by the incredible support shown by the Macomb County Chamber of Commerce, local governing bodies, and community leaders who joined us for this important milestone.

The event also highlighted the deep family roots and legacy behind the Moceri name, with three generations of the Moceri family present in celebration. A particularly meaningful moment was recognizing Frances Moceri — mother to Mario Moceri and grandmother to the fourth generation now helping lead operations today. It was a powerful reminder of the family values, vision, and dedication that continue shaping the future of the community.
That spirit of growth extends beyond buildings and events — it continues through leadership and investment in people.
This spring also marked an important season of professional achievement for members of the Moceri team. During a special certifications and accreditations recognition ceremony, team members including Nancy Tucker, Martha Moceri, Mark Melkonian, John Makara, and Sam D'Aleo were recognized for earning certifications in their respective fields — continuing to elevate the level of expertise, professionalism, and service throughout the organization.
By continuing to invest in education, leadership, and team development, Moceri Companies remains committed to building an elite team dedicated to delivering an exceptional community experience.
As we continue into the warmer months ahead, one thing is clear — Montclair is more than a place to live. It is a growing community built on connection, celebration, leadership, and heart.
