Pizza on the Patio & Loco Cinco de Mayo

As warmer weather arrived, our beloved “Pizza on the Patio” officially kicked off the opening of the lanai event season. Residents gathered outdoors to enjoy fresh pizza, sunshine, and the return of patio evenings with friends and neighbors. It marked the unofficial start of summer at Montclair.

Soon after came our energetic “Loco Cinco de Mayo” celebration. The community enjoyed a festive Mexican-inspired evening featuring flavorful favorites, vibrant décor, music, and of course, the crowd favorite — the never-ending margarita machine. The event brought incredible energy and plenty of memorable moments.

Summer Poolside Celebrations

Summer at Montclair always centers around our beautiful pool and lanai spaces, and 2024 did not disappoint. Our June Pool Opening Party welcomed residents back to pool season with a fantastic BBQ catered by Lazybones Smokehouse, bringing smoky favorites and summertime flavors everyone loved.

Residents also enjoyed a curated wine tasting experience from Unwined Winery, creating the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury poolside living.

As summer came to a close, we celebrated with our End-of-Summer Pool Party featuring a bounce house for the kids, refreshing treats from the ice cream wagon, music, games, and one final unforgettable day under the sun before the season changed.
